Readers of BWW know my respect for the work of Elizabeth Nickson, proprietor of “Welcome to Absurdistan”.
To date, this one is the most important one I have read.
Assuming you favor Trump over Harris and you also assume the latest avalanche of “good news” about the new Trump “surge”, you might want to prepare for severe disappointment: a guaranteed Trump loss.
According to this comprehensive piece, the Blob machine has all the necessary technical, personnel, and well-funded organization in place to make it happen.
Some of it has already been proven in court.
Is “all is lost” the new reality? I can say from reading this twice, an Obama- Harris-Walz administration looks more probable than possible.
Personally, I’m not a member of the “All Is Lost” Club of Permanent Pessimists”. There are positive factors that could overwhelm the “machine”. But logical, objective analysis suggests the simile: “Like firing a BB gun at a charging rhino”. Sure, you may get lucky. Really really lucky - but…
As in all things, do your diligence. Be accurately informed. If you haven’t read Elizabeth’s “November 5th: The Pennsylvania Cheat Sheet” already, now’s the time.

The election doesn't matter. I know that if Trump or Harris wins, I still lose. Nothing important in my life (inflation from the Fed, high taxes, fees, and regulations from local and state governments, and lousy medical care in Sonoma County) is going to change for the better.
Also the "Green Agenda" will get pushed even further down my throat.
