I'm a founding subscriber to Elizabeth Nickson's substack. She is an excellent writer with man insights into the elites of Canada and their bureaucratic lap dogs. She lives on Vancouver Island which I find amazing. I have connections to that island with friends, work, and vacations. Lots of stories there.
