Dear Kamala,
I’m writing to thank you for saving Democracy! Yes, I heard the news – you finished a poor second in a two-person race, which is precisely why I wanted to express my gratitude.
From what I’ve seen and heard from you and your surrogates in the media, as well as from various politicians and celebrities, it seems you were unaware of the hubris that characterized your campaign. The insults you directed toward every gender, race, and creed, regardless of age, origin, or residence, were notable. I saw how you were kind and deferential to the LGBTXYZ community and welcomed millions of illegal immigrants with open borders, but I didn’t see or hear any such affection shown toward “average Americans” struggling with all the anti-common sense policies and extravagant spending of our tax dollars on programs you and the Big Guy imposed on us at our expense for the benefit of your backers and contributors. By the way, how's Hunter?
This led me to conclude that you were either oblivious or intentionally ignoring reality at the behest of your handlers: “Just say what you need to say to win.” However, despite those expertly crafted TelePrompTer responses, you were remarkably incapable of delivering a meaningful message that resonated with us, the lesser beings. While I learned that you “come from a middle-class family,” I was surprised to find out that your parents were U.Berkley college professors with six-figure incomes! I don’t think “middle class” means what you think it does.
With gaffes like that, along with your many non-answers, pivots, and equivocations, I realized there was nothing left to learn about your “qualifications” for the presidency. And that’s a good thing! As more and more people came to the same conclusions as I, they were motivated to get out and vote. With the polling differences between you and (now President-elect) Trump being razor thin, almost everyone I know was compelled to vote, regardless of their previous choices. It became our collective mission to pull America back from the brink of social and economic collapse at the hands of you and your colleagues united in cultural resentment.
And we did it!
So, again, thank you for saving democracy and America! If it hadn’t been for 3½ years of the Big Guy-Harris administration and your blessedly brief campaign of hubris, condescension, insult, and division, many people who make up the Sleeping Giant would have remained apathetic, uninformed, and resigned to another four years of “fundamentally changing America” - for the worse.
Please pass my thanks along to Brandon, Barack, Michelle, Hillary, Jamie Raskin, Mourning Joe, and all the raving lunatics at MSNBC, the New York Times, and the Washington Post for all the assistance they provided.
Ever so sincerely,
BWW
Very well written.
Quite possibly the first mention of gratitude for Kamala and her team from the MSM! Goodbye.
