Yogi Berra said a lotta things we originally laughed at, they were just so ridiculous – especially coming from an adult. And a baseball star, at that! But Time and Circumstance have a way of marinating things. Today, Yogi’s outrageous over and understatements can be revealing, learning tools for understanding, getting to the ‘bottom line’.

For example: “It’s tough to make predictions, especially about the future.”

“Did’ja See This?”, my post September 10^th just before the assassination of Charlie Kirk, presciently opened with:

“The “news” has always come Fast ‘n Furious in the last quarter…”

And, sure enough, it has.

Yogi wasn’t the only one who had a way with words.

Vladimir Ilyich Lenin wrote “There are decades where nothing happens; and there are weeks where decades happen.”.

Last week was one of those.

The volume of Charlie Kirk coverage became an instant tsunami, thanks not only to the outrage for the murder of this particular individual, but the predictable addition of the “conspiracy theories” that blossomed full-grown almost immediately.

Winnowing Fact from Friction [sic], producing a constructive, informative, and cogent article is a full-time job requiring resources in limited supply: time, talent, experience, contacts, mobility, versatility, and, scarcest of all: the engine of an objective and open mind. Fortunately, Alt Media is loaded with brilliant Scribblers who bring all of that with their A Game. Frankly put: I’m not entirely in their league.

“Listen up, because I've got nothing to say and I'm only gonna to say it once.”

Consuming, collating, coordinating, cogitating and composing pieces that inform without redundancy have always been the goal here at BWW. Whether that goal is reached is only beheld in the eye of reader’s mind. Or something similar…

That’s really swell, Kash – but what about DNA on the rifle ?? Where is the bullet? How about ballistic tests? Why was the stage/crime scene scrubbed so quickly? What about that security camera? “Transparency” doesn’t seem to mean what you think it means and that’s giving birth to the conspiracy theories you hate, we don’t need, and undermines your credibility.
