The Thirteenth Amendment abolished "slavery" and "involuntary servitude" except in the committing of a crime. Jury duty is involuntary servitude. The military draft is involuntary servitude. The Income Tax is involuntary servitude. All of these actions by the government are contrary to the 13th Amendment and hence Unconstitutional.

But, NO, the Supreme Court of the USA has ruled that all three are Constitutional.

I have NO FAITH in judges, district attorneys, bailiffs, clerks, or prosecuting attorneys. I don't even have faith in jurors. They are all corrupt, prejudiced with their own agendas, or idiots.

The Constitution of the Confederate States was modeled on the original Articles of Confederation. This gives the states the right to govern and tax themselves. No big central government is necessary or wanted.

Lincoln's invasion of the South was Unconstitutional. Not a peep from the Supreme Court about that.

The USA republic died a long time ago. Woodrow Wilson to Trump is a straight line from a Republic to a dictatorship. Preview of coming attractions...
