Having gone thru an acre of 4 leaf clovers, a ton of turkey wishbones, tossing salt, avoiding ladders, cats, and horseshoes, "wishing" is SOL.
Tricking AI? Even in its current "infancy", I suspect it's already too "smart" for that. OTOH, one discussion acknowledged Ai even acknowledged no defense against someone simply pulling the plug - BUT we both know there's way too much $$$$$$$ for that to happen.
Well, Hercules is as real as AI. Humans will screw it all up as usual. People do make good movies, though. As Brian says, "It's all about the sizzle, not the steak."
It's been a while since I read Asimov's Robot books, but I remember him dealing with a lot of these issues. To be honest though, I always thought his robot laws were a bit of wishful thinking, no matter how bonkers robots get some people will still want them as weapons. If you can send in a robot instead of one of your men or buddies, what would you do?
People were ticked at Rand Paul because he didn't come out against drones, but as we can see from the war in Ukraine, it's one of these developments that will take place whether you want it to or not and you don't want to be behind the curve on developing it either.
If wars must be fought, drones as a "force multiplier" seem nothing less than obviously brilliant. Developing them to commission themselves would eventually devolve into another Arnold flick...
There’s only two ways to put a genie back in the bottle; trick it, or use a granted wish. Which will work now that Ai has been released on us?

Hercules is real. I've seen the movies starring Steve Reeves:
