The obvious arithmetic answer is one hour, but they wanted me to reject the question as nonsensical. I told them that I wouldn't dumb myself down to their idiotic paradigm.
It would be pretty hard to determine how efficient 8 men working in that small of an area would be, I doubt there are any formulas around to calculate it, but how are you to know if they are dumb enough to think their own question makes sense?

The first time I was approached by a female computer programming instructor the votech where I studying FORTRAN. She came me a couple of samples tests, but the one I actually looked at was asking me questions about renaissance art, which I know nothing about. She explained that they wanted to know about my ability to reason. I told her that I'd reasoned that their test writers weren't very at writing tests.
