I watched the great liberal reformers tear down single family homes and build Cabrini-Green which they have now torn down and it’s an empty lot. This was in my old neighborhood in Chicago. What a mess.

I was the body guy (I also did research and wrote position papers, copy and did graphic design) for a governor candidate here in Illinois. We met with a group of five reverends and bishops of Southside black churches. We asked them if we could accomplish one thing for their congregations, what would it be? They said there was no safe place to have family dinners. We tried to get Red Lobster restaurants in their neighborhoods, and the corporate office was willing to help. The alderman blocked the required permits.

Simple things like this that can help families out could not be accomplished because of the DEMOCRAT chokehold on the inner city neighborhoods…

Chockhold is the key word

I think John Wayne said it best, "If you give 100 people a dollar apiece and come back in a year. One guy will have most of the money."

I also thought the book and movie "King Rat" was an excellent example of this principle. Some would call it the Pareto Principle which is real and easily proven.

I don’t understand why statistically blacks victimize themselves to such a large degree…

We're told it's a deep sociological thing.

Or you're a racist.

Since it's a relatively new phenomena (in the past they hadn't victimized each other nearly as much), blacks were poorer then by far, the country was more racist, again it's not even close and I don't think the have gotten dumber, we can rule out poverty, racism and IQ.

That leaves culture, which no doubt was heavily influenced by the Great Progressive wars on Poverty and Drugs.

We paid the least successful of them, to stay in cities where the only jobs were dealing drugs and stealing from each other. It's now effecting rural America as well, especially in the "cooked out' fly over states.

Our "progressive policies" seem to have done an outstanding job of destroying the black family and reducing the influence of the church by taking over the charity functions. Black families, where the husband stays in the home and where they go to church have a slightly higher standard of living than white families and their children are far less likely to go to prison than other black children and even less likely to go to prison than white children born to single moms.

Something changed massively for the worse since the 60's and it wasn't income levels, education, IQ or racism. Unless I'm missing something what else does it leave but big government creating perverse incentives?
