I've stayed at the Four Seasons atop Mandalay Bay many times over the decades, gazing across the Strip to the airport. The five old 737s used to fly scientists, techs, etc., to Area 51 are parked there and make several roundtrips a day to the secret base in the desert just north of Las Vegas.
I even talked to a military F-18 mechanic who'd been to Area 51 to fix a broken F-18 that made an emergency landing at Area 51. The security is tighter at that secret base than at Fort Knox.
As for the Inauguration, I'll watch it tonight as well. Watching the slime balls live is too depressing. One gang just took over from the other gang of crooks and murderers.
